14:30-14:40 - Several thousand Liverpool supporters gathered outside the grounds on the end of Leppings Lane.

14:50 - People walk in and fill up pens 3 and 4 on the stands lower terrace.

14:52 - Police open Gate C for supporters to use, 2'000 supporters enter the ground and make for a tunnel leading dirrectly to pens 3 and 4.

14:59 - The influx of supporters causes servere crushing in pens 3 and 4, supporters begin climbing over fences to escape.

15:00 - The match kicks off, five minutes later, a crush barrier inside pen 3 gives way, causing people to fall over. Supporters climb perimeter fences or are dragged to safety by supporters in the stand's upper tiers.

15:06 - The referee stops the match, 96 people fatally injured or dead.

In the chaotic aftermath, supporters desperately try to resuscitate the injured.

Today is 20th anniversairy of the Hillsborough disaster 96 people fell to this tradgedy may they never be forgotten; families, supporters and players lost friends and family here.
