Easy access to wind?

We've pretty much had four seasons of weather today, and Molly and I managed to time our walk with some sunshine. I've blipped this location before and like the contrast between the gates and the wind turbine. 
I'm a big fan of wind energy. Turbines do have an impact on the environment, and use a lot of concrete and steel, but they do generate significant power. According to HM GOV in 2019 wind was the UK's second largest source of electricity.
