Closing in

We do like the view we have over the back fence and the fact we can work over there keeping the vegetation down around the fruit trees, but once the trees come into leaf we lose a lot of sunshine and light.  That's the price we pay for living here.

The tread on JJ's walking shoes has worn a bit thin so we drove over to Cotswold's in MK this morning to get him a new pair.  Also, being members of the National Trust meant we got a hefty discount.

Once we got home I sat outside in a sheltered spot with a hot chocolate enjoying a few minutes of sun before the clouds rolled in.
