Curlew ( Wulp )

on my field walk I saw a Curlew..  He is called Wulp in Dutch.. walking in the field..a  rare sight for over here ..normally you find these more by the coastlines ... luckily it stopped raining and even the sun came out so I was able to get a picture of him before he flew away ... I made it back by the car just in time .. as soon I drove away it started poring down with heavy rain and hail ..the temperature even dropped from a stunning plus 6 to plus 2.5 degrees ..bizarre for May

The Curlew is also on the red list which means he has become very rare overall
