My beautiful laundrette

Everyone knows what bad news it is when your washing machine breaks down. Mine failed last week and because of the Bank Holiday the part took a while to arrive.

Places where you can do a service wash are becoming few and far between however this place in Golborne road survives on dry cleaning, duvet washes and the clothes of young people who live in tiny flats with no washing machine (I remember those days).

I keep forgetting to ask about the rabbit.

Post Script: I just found out that Nick Kamen just died of cancer. Very sad. He was the Levi's Laundrette star and an icon in my era. R I P :(
