Wide Wednesday: "Close"

Bobsblips's theme for today's Widwed challenge is "Close". Once again my Editor had a good idea for me: to photograph these "Snug Mugs". They certainly fit very close together, and I got in really close with my fisheye lens to take their portrait as they snuggled together on our oak dresser.

We're lucky still to have them here, as they really belong to Son#2 (the one who lives in Bath) but so far he's left them here for safe keeping.

I'm wondering: Do you think I should practise some of my previous eye surgery skills on them - especially the one on the left...?! :-))
