Gorse in Bloom

Decided on a run around loch leven today and forgot that it has huge hatches of flies at this time of year. They were in my eyes, hair, mouth and nose but mostly stuck to me. Ahh well a bit extra protein today by swallowing them on regular occasions. Hahaha. The photo is the village of kinnesswood and munduff hill in the background. A hail storm was darkening the sky but it enhanced the yellow flowers of the gorse bushes.
