Poppy

The garden is full of wild poppies and I've been finding it quite challenging to get a decent photo of them. I quite like this one, though..
It was Greek Orthodox Easter today, probably the most important annual festival here. There was a special slight relaxation of the social distancing rules for the occasion, so we were allowed to gather in larger numbers at people's homes - though restaurants and cafes etc are all still closed till tomorrow. Travel outside your area is still forbidden so our Athens friends who normally come and stay for Easter weren't able to be with us. But we had a very nice relaxing day in a group of 8 at a friend's house in the next village.. We all contributed something to the feast, which was really delicious.
It was really warm but fortunately it was a bit cloudy, otherwise it would  have been too hot to sit outside!
