Comfrey?

Took the coffee, tea and biscuits to the Green Gym and just watched the others work, but did exercise my tongue!
They were rebuilding a woven barrier that had been taken down to install drainage pipes at the City Discovery Centre.  Then planted some hedging trees in front.  They did a good job and I did a lot of pointing when I saw gaps.
My heart monitor has arrived in the post (and the first invoice from the consultant!) and I am going to read all the instructions tonight and hopefully stick it on (literally) tomorrow morning.
