Last evening I had planted three sturdy tomato into the tunnel before I heard the severity of frost that was forecast.  When the forecast was for 3 degrees below freezing, I brought the remaining tomatoes and peppers into the house for the night.  The recorded minimum temperature in the tunnel was -3.7, causing the loss of the three tomato plants and burning of some of the leaves of the potatoes
