Muriel’s Shadow

At certain times of day and year, the sun shines from the behind house, reflects off the car window and bounces back into the front of the house giving this shadowy mural on the kitchen wall.

After a B12 top-up at the surgery, I ploughed up and down the pool for a bit. I love the feeling of having every muscle exercised. I managed six rounds of Surya Namaskar this morning, its been a while.
