The bottom of lock 4

We now have water in the canal up to lock 4. This is the new lock gate and I thought it was supposed to be more water tight than the old ones but judging by this it doesn't look very watertight at all.

A busy day with this and that and now getting ready for a long drive tomorrow.
Oh yes and of course I voted in the Scottish elections
