Update

Chest x-rays yesterday determined that I have bilateral pneumonia.  My oxygen level when I arrived was only 86.  I did have a rapid Covid test which was negative, no surprise as I have been fully vaccinated 6 weeks.  I received inhalation therapy which quickly brought my oxygen level up to 92.  Now, medication and bed rest will slowly get back to proper working order.  The doctor felt pretty confident that I had aspirated fluid during my dental procedure last week which led to the lung infection.  I had my first good sleep last night in days and my breathing this morning is so much better.  I can now walk across the room without gasping for air like a fish out of water.  Baby steps forward.
