Henry VI in Eton

Cycled in the Windsor area today including through Eton a High Street where the Henry VI pub is situated. Lots of Union jacks flying throughout the town, presumably because of the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral recently. Henry VI was born in Windsor Castle in 1421, died in the Tower of London 1471.
He founded Eton College in 1440 hence the pub there.
Strange to see the students of Eton wearing face masks with their traditional uniform and there seemed to be lots of Eton College Security guards who were dressed like police officers!
