Hungry Child

It finally stopped raining this morning, so was dry for lunchtime run.

In other exciting news, started preparation for my colonoscopy on Monday.  Not allowed to eat any vegetables, fruits,  brown rice,  wholemeal bread etc,. which is basically most of my diet. Going to be a fun weekend.
