Cherry blossom time.

Firstly I must thank you all for your lovely comments, stars and hearts for our new Great Grandson, Jude.
His first day and he reached page one of Blip Photo. What an achievement!
Had a lovely time this morning buying some little baby outfits.
Felt a bit strange as I haven’t been in a shop since last September.

The electrician has been here all day, fitting a new RCBO consumer unit to replace our old fuse board.
Also installing a shower cable, replacing a kitchen extractor, fitting a new outside light as well as a few other things on my list of things which wanted seeing to.
So we made ourselves scarce so that they could get on with the work in piece.
After shopping in the morning, we called to see some friends to tell them our good news.
Ended up staying all afternoon, and drinking two bottles of wine to celebrate.

After our Fish and Chip supper I decided to walk down to take a photo of the cherry trees in the church yard. ( The clock isn’t working)
The last chance before they are spoilt by the wet weather which is forecast for tomorrow.
Such a beautiful evening, although still a chill in the air.
