The amazing swimming dog

I often forget how much she loves high tide so she can go for a nice swim mainly because it means I have to spend a lot of time climbing over the groynes. She had a lovely few dips, I climbed over the groynes, thinking of my abs and quads as I went.

Full on Friday is how I’m describing my work day. All for the greater good though.

And tomorrow, road trip!!
