Great crested grebe family

Beautiful early morning light. Especially lovely as the rain had stopped; everything seemed so fresh and bright. This family were in the middle of the lake in the park, quite difficult to get a good shot of them with a point and shoot camera. Surprisingly few ducklings around still so lovely to catch sight of these.
