Festive air

Love this bunting decorating the roundabout in  Dunblane.
 
It gives a festive air  and  makes a cheerful welcome for visitors to this  small cathedral town on the edge of The Trossachs.
 
I have no idea if they have any particular significance – except to give joy to drivers.
