Grasmere reflections

Drove past Grasmere on the way down to Deb's Mum's House this morning. Such a strain to leave the Lakes today, as the weather looked perfect, but we wanted to make progress on the renovation works I started last week. 

Finished filling the gaps in my workmanship, and managed to get two coats of emulsion paint on the walls through the day. The room looks a lot better than when we started. Still plenty to do though. 

Returned to the Lakes late afternoon, planning to go for a walk. It was raining, so different from the morning.
