How beautiful does this concoction look? It’s passion fruit jelly and a vanilla yoghurt topped with a crunchy biscuit and passion fruit thing. Made by Antony and I was utterly delighted by it.

Lockdown has given us the new habit of Friday night dinners and Antony always pushes the boat out when it’s his turn to cook.
