Where to focus?

It rained all morning and intermittently since. My knee has been very painful today so rested it this morning and made progress with this month's UPP folder.
This afternoon I have been for my second Covid vaccination. All very efficient, friendly and quick as before.
Trying not to pay too much attention to all that is in the news to avoid becoming too depressed and/or angry.
