Bramley Apple and mincemeat crumble

A foul day after heavy overnight rain. Wind driven drizzle and mist have prevented any gardening work, so it's been a day indoors until a walk late afternoon. Played a good number of Albums I haven't listened to for ages plus a couple by Emmylou Harris recommended to me by a friend recently. Consequently an EB was called for and the crumble triumphed over  a wholemeal loaf on the basis the loaf won't be ready for a couple of hours.
