Project 365 day 128: brown bowl, green pears

These colours and shapes have been delighting me every time I pass them. I order a bag of cheap pears from Tesco most weeks: I chop them to eat with morning muesli and blackcurrants from the freezer, or sometimes stew them with cinnamon and ginger. This batch arrived annoyingly under ripe, hard, green and slightly speckled; I forgave them when I saw how beautifully they sat in the dark brown bowl with the glazed leaf shapes.
