Rain

It rained more or less all day today. Missed my Saturday morning run for the second week in a row. I had an appointment to go and see a new gym that recently opened just down the road, as I'm thinking of joining. It's in a very nice woodland setting in a log cabin style building, and memberships are a good rate. 
Aside from that it was mostly an indoor day. Lexi was still feeling a bit ropy this morning but by afternoon she was a bit brighter.
The photo is one of a few poppies that seem to have been self-seeded around the garden.
