four things...

today:
1. Although I live fairly close to London, I've never really seen anyone I know. Today I saw two (both of whom just happened to stroll past me).
2. I saw the bald guy from The Gadget Show driving a Sinclair C5.
3. I worked out that Robert Plant must be at least 450 years old. I'm pretty damn sure I saw him in a Van Dyck painting.
4. I wore the most slippery boots ever. Normal pavements were a challenge.
