Notes: No-show for the condo showing. Decided I felt like heading to the beach, getting my feet in the sand and surf - it's been awhile! Cool breezy low humidity morning, chilly in the shade. Beautiful quiet beach. Saw Gary & Gloria as I was coming back and saw on their porch and caught up - they're leaving tomorrow so was nice to chat and say goodbye as they head back to MI. Stopped in Deb & Anne's (505) briefly and then headed back. Quiet rest of the day, did hear from a guy just in from CA and looking for house - he will view the place tomorrow. Talked to Mom and Mic a bit. Used my phone hotspot for internet and Hulu - did not turn on wifi, cable, box, network extender for the whole day.
