The Waiting

Our favourite vineyard walk with Léo this morning. Was actually getting a bit too hot for Léo, who has been somewhat lethargic of late. Not quite sure why. 
This is also one of my fav running routes. Extra is view in other direction looking down the lake towards Geneva.

So another day of not eating much except some toast this morning and white rice for lunch. And am now drinking a rather unpleasant liquid. Without going into too much detail, this song by Tom Petty seemed apt
