patterns

A couple of months ago we lost one of the big branches off one of our old apple trees. Mr I was sawing it up this morning and it’s hollow in the centre. The wood is such a lovely colour after being rained on and I love the patterns and the grain. I’m going to put little plants in these this summer. Nice weather and sunshine today.
