Farewell to the Lake District

The last day of orienteering and our stay in the Lake District. I ran a longer course today and was further down the order. No major errors just a lack of terrain fitness particularly on steep climbs. Richard was out rather a long time due to damaging his calf. Fortunately he made it back to the car. 

A quick pit stop for a blip at the southern end of Lake Windermere before the journey home. Fortunately we both drive so I was able to drive back. 

Really enjoyed our week away. Thank you for following our adventures. Hopefully normal service will be resumed tomorrow.
