Mother's Day

Today is Mother's Day and yes, I am mother to three children as well as grandma to seven beautiful grandchildren.   One of my children lives in this same city and she brought these two lovely plants over for the front entrance as part of a Mother's Day gift for me.   The other part of the gift was to help me out with some gardening work in the backyard.  That was one of the nicest gifts she could have given me.   
My other two children don't live in the area - one is in southern Ontario and the other is in western Canada, so when you visit them, you move in for the few days or weeks that you are staying.   Because of Covid 19,  we haven't been able to get together the way we normally would, but we talk several times a week on the phone or FaceTime.   I'm really looking forward to being able to actually visit with them again.
