Spotted

Mrs SoL and I were walking Elvis when a neighbour stopped her car to chat to us.  We chatted for about 15 minutes, before she drove off.  As she did, I noticed that our conversation had been listened to throughout.  This lady stayed for a few more moments, watching us, watching her.  She then bounced off into the woods beyond.  Rare to see them out apart from dawn or dusk, but the hunters are not allowed to hunt now, so they are safe until September.  I won’t tell anyone that we saw her.
