Mothering Sunday

Like everyone else, I suspect,I am blipping what my daughter made me for mothering Sunday. As she lives in Cornwall she decided to make me 'something that would last'. As she is clever with material she made me these two roses to hang up somewhere and the other one is on a medium size crocodile clip to wear in the hair or as a broach.

I thought of doing the colourfully wrapped daffodils that were given to EVERY lady in church this morning whether they were mothers or not (a nice gesture I think, so no-one feels left out).

I cut down the Holly hedge so I can now see to get off the drive way and hubby did some more to the shower.
Started snowing whilst i was working outside , wasn't much though. It is a bitterly cold wind today here in surrey
