I went round to my mum’s in the morning. I put on the live streamed church service which she enjoyed. Later I went shopping for her. As I can’t lift anything heavy I got help from kind shop staff to pack bags etc , and mum came down with her trolley to take the bags up to her flat. So her cupboards are full once more. Phew!
I got out my harmonium and started to learn the chords for Om Arunachala.
I didn’t get out for a walk ... so must make more of an effort tomorrow.
