Howzat!

A nice Monday morning walk along the Murieston Trail with H and we went by our old house and played fetch at the cricket club (although H was more interested in eating the rabbit poo at the all you can eat buffet).

Meetings with colleagues in China first before a training KO session with the euro contingent.

Going try for a run later. Both MrsT and I have done nothing for ages.
