My friends the ducks

I fed the ducks again and the females are getting more and more tame. There was also a black bird of some kind that wanted his share and was rather forceful in making his views known. You can see him in the picture - I don't know what breed he is.

Then I had a lovely walk through the woods, before coming home to cook dinner. The woods are greening up nicely, but I couldn't see any ferns yet, just brambles and the odd nettle. None of my photos were as interesting as the ducks.
