Looking up.

I took so many pics down at the port (Anzio) today that it was quite difficult to choose a blip.
While there, after much anguish and the help of a net, we were able to capture a seagul with a broken wing and take it to the local nature reserve at Tor Caldara, where they have a bird specialist who hopefully will be able to fix it. I wasn't able to take a pic of the bird as both my hands were busy holding on to him. I can't tell you how pleased we all were at being able to help. I did wonder how many chickens a seagul is worth, since we don't seem to care very much what happens to THEM.
