End of an era

I’ve been struggling to fit in back to back Zoom yoga classes on a Monday for the last few weeks.

My Iyengar teacher is heading back to the studio soon and I will be in the small face to face class. Delighted! Bit worried I won’t be very strong at all compared to how strong I was last time we had proper classes. I’ve really struggled with my strength the last couple of months plus I’m the least advanced student.

My Monday Yogalates class will continue on Zoom for the foreseeable future so things feel varied in a good way :-)
