In this rest area on the A9 there’s a takeaway, a toilet and ample parking for drivers needing a break. There’s a litter bin every twenty feet or so. It takes a special class of entitled moron to dump this rubbish within 3 or 4 steps of a bin. McDonalds packaging. Beer cans. Just dropped. And if you took them to task, the abuse would be off the scale.
