Unlawful?

As she’d already picked them, I thought I might as well photograph them... however then found out that if they are Spanish bluebells it is not illegal... and one place said even with English ones, what is illegal is to pick them to sell, or to dig up the bulbs... so maybe she’s safe... for now. The English and Spanish varieties look very similar so couldn’t make up my mind... and my app for recognising plants wasn’t conclusive either...
