Started the day with a Skype call with some friends in Athens and Australia, as it is one of my Athens friends' birthday today. Normally we would all be celebrating it together, but two of us are in Evia and one in Australia. The ones in Athens are able to go out for lunch by the sea, so that at least.
It was too cold for swimming as the North wind is really strong.
I did some gardening and picking of veg about to bolt- celery, leeks, chard and beetroot - and had a country walk near Argyro, with great sea views, where I came across this donkey.
For dinner I made a big pot of pork with celery, the traditional Greek way stewed with lemon, which was delicious.
