clumsy wildlife

This morning while walking Samuel I heard something big and loud on the other side of the bridge fumbling through the growth and then saw a heron clear the trees. We walked to where I suspected the heron would go and took pictures for a while. Then I moved a little to the right and scared a deer hiding there. The deer took off toward the water, scaring the heron. Poor heron took off one direction then changed and went the other way. 

There is some good news, but there is some really rough news too. 

People do stop to allow ducks to cross roads. 
Humans made friends with wolves. 
People volunteer. 
Humans created assistance societies to help each other out. 
Music. 

Tomorrow I get my second vaccine shot!
