Dad and Kits

Another morning spent with the fox and a whole lot of other photographers. What a treat it has been.

 We decided to drive around the island to see what we could see. We stopped at Lime Kiln lighthouse (extra) and found a picnic table at the whale watching site and had lunch. Much better than going to a restaurant! We then went to Roche Harbor. (second extra) A lot of beautiful boats there.

We went to another den site late afternoon. Less photographers, older kits, and more of them. It was a blended family with two females. The males had been killed on the road above the den. The females have been raising the kits together. Much too tired tonight to even look at the evening photos, so will add them as extras in the days to come.

I am grateful for the glorious weather we have had and the experience of seeing and photographing these wonderful animals.
