Fence

Most of the ugly fences that were put up round the water works to stop "terrorists" poisoning the water supply have been taken down. Some still remain though but I hope they will be taken down soon as they are so ugly.
The other stupid thing abut those fences is that if some muppet wanted to poison the water supply, would they not just climb over it ?
