Wild goose chase

We need new wallpaper for our living room. This requires us to find new wallpaper. So, what an adventure, we set off for Homebase in Leeds and plan a round trip through Bradford and Wyke.
Hmmmm. Absolutely nothing we even vaguely like in Homebase and when we get to this shop in Bradford at just after 3 they have locked up while we were parking. And when we found the shop in Wyke it was closed too.
I wouldn’t mind so much but I’m now convinced I’m not going to find anything I like as much as the Laura Ashley paper we have on at the moment (and it’s looking really tatty, it has to go).
We didn’t get plants in, but on the bright side we got home ahead of the rain and got the washing in off the line.
