Strawberry delight

Run day for my partner, so we went to the Crichton early , he ran 3.4 miles while I went for a walk around the beautiful grounds.
I had a video call physiotherapy appointment mid morning. I’m progressing well.
We went to the allotment late morning and my partner planted 44 strawberry plants ! They are a mixture of plants given to us by Ana, and fellow allotmenteers Anne and Dave. There are flowers on some of the plants , so hopefully we will get some strawberries this year.
After lunch we had a walk by the river and then visited my mum , and brought her some shopping.
We had nut roast , roast potatoes and broccoli for tea . Delicious.
Time to put our feet up :-)
