Every year I'm amazed. They give incredible joy and pay back by the amount of work needed to keep them in check! Haha no problem.

A showers and sun day today. Managed to do the lawns of the neighbours both sides between the rain, which allows time for battery re-charges anyway. Fed the cuttings to the chickens who don't seem that interested but actually get very quiet when they are kicking and pecking through it looking for tasty morsels. Also mowed a strip through our own grass as we aim to keep most of it long.

Also split some bought Basil plants and re-planted into many pots. I find this a quick way to get Basil going - I've also sown some. Hopefully we'll be inundated with it!

In the kitchen made some pitta bread and falafels to go with it and they worked out fine too with a spicy sauce and a salad. Yay! Pretty good day.
