The hostess with the mostest!

We went to the Pan y Vino ,our favourite restaurant, for Mother's Day lunch' and had a fabulous six course meal with a strong hint of Vietnam! The French chef, married to the HWTM, has recently been exposed to other French Chefs who live abroad and obviously influence the cuisine to our advantage.
