Hiding in the wave

This surfer is "hidden" by the lip of the wave this morning. The surf has picked up again today after a massive storm late yesterday. I took lots of photos but this one caught my eye as being a bit "different". No he didn't make it out. The extra shows two surfers "splitting the wave", by going in different directions on the same wave.
