Yellow Admiral....

....feeding on marigolds in mum's garden.

Marigold flowers attract butterflies, grasshoppers and katydids, while the seed heads attract little Goldfinchs, a handy little flower for some macro photography. I only had my phone on me, hope the capture looks ok.

Thursday.....sunny with a bitter wind, 12C, snow was close by....it was cold. Mum is doing well, thanks for your lovely words :)
